cleanliness of pool towel availability inconsistent service beach access

the pool area was well-kept. i found the cleanliness of the pool commendable, and the availability of towels added to the convenience.

the staff service was somewhat inconsistent with my expectations. the location proved to be less accessible to the beach than i anticipated.

Mixed experience. Some issues need addressing

cloudy pool water unimpressive breakfast

the hotel provided easy beach access, convenient for walks to both areas. the staff were generally helpful and friendly.

The pool cleanliness was a real issue. the water was cloudy, made swimming less appealing. breakfast quality was not good. I found limited options and unimpressive flavors. the location was also not ideal, quite a distance from the main shops. Taxis were often needed.

Really good Stay with Excellent Amenities

The lagoon access allowed for refreshing morning swims. The hotel provides a quiet, relaxing atmosphere a short walk from beach clubs. I found the small gym useful for workouts after indulging in food. The staff demonstrated friendliness and helpfulness at all times.

I noticed some slight wear on the pool beds.

The hotel allows convenient access to the beach via a private path. The area is close to many shops and restaurants. The hotel is not directly in the busiest part of town, it provides a calmer atmosphere.

My room featured a large and very clean layout, the bathroom was also generously sized. The air conditioning worked effectively to keep the room cool. I had sufficient space for luggage and belongings, helpful.

The staff showed very nice kindness, always ready to assist with any requests (i liked that). The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The team assisted quickly with arranging transportation and providing local information.
